The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of data, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecLode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to SpecLode in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
